My enthusiasm for the Club has grown as we are taking great strides to re-define our ethos, purpose, business and aspirations.

Any Club is primarily its people. So, whilst the Sussex Motor Yacht Club has a magnificent collection of silver trophies and a warrant to issue blue ensign permits to its members, the latter are what matter. Our membership includes energetic, courteous, amiable and innovative people. We can attract more of the same.

I hope we will continue to strike a good balance between proud heritage and forward thinking.
